Robert Dibella

Robert DiBella is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in beneficial electrification and business development. Currently serving as Principal of Beneficial Electrification at ICF since June 2016, Robert advises major energy utilities on innovative customer programs aimed at enhancing sustainability and creating new revenue streams across various sectors, including transportation and agriculture. Prior to ICF, Robert held leadership roles at Aclara Technologies, overseeing business development and consumer engagement strategies for utility software, and had previous positions in product management and project management at Nexus Energy Software and XENERGY. Robert began their career as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer in the United States Air Force. Robert holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
