Rossy Hughes

Rossy Hughes, MA, is a seasoned professional in the field of quality assurance and child welfare, with extensive experience working with entities such as the Office of Refugee Resettlement, Administration for Children and Families, US Department of Health and Human Services. Currently serving as the Quality Research Supervisor at ICF since February 2023, Rossy oversees a team of Quality Research Analysts. Prior roles include Lead Bilingual Child Welfare Facility Auditor at the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants and multiple managerial positions at Bethany Christian Services, where responsibilities ranged from compliance operations to policy development for Unaccompanied Children Programs.
