Rudy Rella

Rudy Rella is a seasoned professional with significant experience in operations management and energy analysis. Currently serving as Manager of Operations at ICF since September 2016, Rudy has progressed through various roles including Senior Energy Analyst and Energy Analyst, overseeing 2-3 direct reports and developing measure logic for Residential and Commercial programs. Prior to ICF, Rudy worked at NRG Home Solar as New Jersey Field Supervisor, where responsibilities included sales analysis, team supervision, and market expansion. Earlier experience includes a role in traffic control at The Earle Companies and a research-focused internship at Pure Soil Technologies. Rudy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geography from Rutgers University, complemented by a minor in Meteorology and Oceanography.
