Sabrina Oudin is a clean energy leader with extensive experience in utility customer programs and partnerships. Previously, as a Manager of Market Strategy at Franklin Energy, Sabrina consulted with various stakeholders to advance equitable and decarbonized clean energy initiatives. At Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Sabrina managed significant rebate programs and led efforts to enhance energy savings for disadvantaged communities. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at ICF, Sabrina continues to focus on impactful clean energy strategies while pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the University of Southern California.
