Sally Zeff

Sally Zeff is the Northern California CEQA Practice Lead at ICF, where they focus on environmental and planning consulting for successful project delivery. Sally previously served as a Principal at ICF International from 2002 to 2019, leading the preparation of planning documents and environmental assessments. They have extensive experience as a Project Director at Montrose Environmental Group from 2019 to 2020, overseeing projects related to environmental compliance and strategic planning. Earlier in their career, Sally held positions as a Senior Planner at Greystone Environmental Consulting and as an Associate Planner with the City of Rocklin. They also served as the Planning Director for the City of Los Altos Hills. Sally earned a BA in Medieval Studies from Reed College and a Master's in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan.
