Sandra Maxwell

Sandra Maxwell, MBA, is an experienced Disaster Recovery Consultant currently working at ICF. They have held various roles in disaster recovery and hazard mitigation since 2004, including positions at FEMA and Witt O’Brien’s, where they contributed to recovery efforts following notable disasters such as Hurricane Sandy and the Gulf oil spill. Sandra also served as a Hazard Mitigation Manager at HORNE LLP for a brief period in 2018 and has a solid educational background with degrees in International Business and Business Administration.
