Sanya Brown

Sanya Brown is an experienced professional in benefits administration and human resources, currently serving as the Benefit Analytics and Compliance Manager at ICF since February 2014, where responsibilities include leading annual Retirement Savings Plan and Health and Welfare Non-Discrimination Testing, as well as coordinating compliance audits. Prior roles include Benefits Specialist II at Strayer University and HR - Benefits Administrator III at MAXIMUS, where expertise was demonstrated in developing compliance training programs and managing benefit invoicing respectively. Sanya began a career in human resources with various positions including Human Resource Assistant at Accenture and the United States Department of Defense, and served as a Human Resource Supervisor in the US Army. Sanya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Strayer University.
