Sarah Leopold

Sarah Leopold is a mission-driven leader with over 15 years of experience in advancing equity through strategic planning, program design, and policy innovation. From 2019 to 2023, they served as the Vice President of Impact at the Center for Work Education and Employment (CWEE) in the Greater Denver Area. Prior to that, they worked at the Colorado Department of Human Services in various roles, including Section Manager for Policy, Planning, Research & Evaluation, and Policy Analyst. Currently, they are the Principal Consultant at Independent Consultant and a Senior Economic Mobility Consultant at ICF, both based in Denver, Colorado. Sarah also has experience as a Program Manager at the National Poverty Center at the University of Michigan and as a Manager at Zingermans Mail Order.
