Scott Broten

Scott Broten has over three decades of experience in environmental engineering and project management, currently serving as a Director at ICF since 2003. Prior to this role, Scott worked as a Project Manager at Arthur D. Little from 1996 to 2003, after the company was acquired by ICF International. Earlier experience includes Project Manager positions at SECOR and Delta Environmental Consulting, where responsibilities involved site assessments and remediation for major oil companies and commercial facilities. Scott's engineering career began as a Project Engineer at Harding Lawson Associates and as a Staff Engineer at Converse Consultants, focusing on environmental assessments and geotechnical evaluations. Scott holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Geological Engineering from South Dakota Mines.
