Scott Kim is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical consulting and software engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Technical Consultant at ICF since February 2020, Scott is involved in the modernization efforts of federal projects including GSA IAE and GSA ASSIST, which enhance the federal award lifecycle and acquisition processes. Prior to this role, Scott held senior consulting positions at Incentive Technology Group, LLC, iSymmetry, and Acumen Solutions, where responsibilities included modernizing various projects for the Department of Homeland Security, the General Services Administration, and Comcast Cable, among others. Scott's career began at Lexis-Nexis as a Software Engineer after earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
