Scott Walsh

Scott Walsh is the Director of Climate & Transportation at ICF, where they lead teams to help governments and businesses address climate change through decarbonization and electrification. With over twenty years of experience, they have worked for various organizations, including the Center for Sustainable Energy, Environmental Defense Fund, and Boston Consulting Group, advising on innovative sustainability practices and partnerships. Scott is skilled in developing financial models and has successfully implemented incentive programs for electric vehicle infrastructure. They hold an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA in Environmental Geology from Yale University.
