Sergio Ostria leads ICF’s Client Services and Innovation group. His team is responsible for the company’s client service, client satisfaction and innovation programs. Sergio has close to 30 years of experience developing and leading multidisciplinary teams servicing government and commercial clients in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. He specializes in the design, implementation, and evaluation of integrated, systems-oriented approaches to solving challenges that transcend the environment, energy, and transportation fields. Prior to joining ICF in 1999, Sergio held senior leadership roles at energy, environmental, and transportation economics consulting firms in the D.C.-metro area.
