Seth Douglas is an experienced Energy and Sustainability Specialist at ICF, where responsibilities include collaborating with utility and State Energy Office partners in the Southeast to enhance energy efficiency and supporting Sales and Marketing for building products and the ENERGY STAR Home Upgrade.
