Shannon Gross

Shannon Gross is a Senior Python Developer specializing in parallel computing at ICF since September 2025. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Environmental Application Developer at RTI International, where Shannon architected and deployed production flood forecasting applications for hydropower facilities in the U.S. A notable achievement at Delft University of Technology involved founding a humanitarian technology research initiative and presenting data science findings at the ICAO headquarters in Montreal. Shannon has also contributed as a Water Policy and Regulation Volunteer with the International Water Association, an Environmental Engineer at MWH, and an EHS Co-op/Intern at General Electric Transportation. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering and Policy Analysis with a focus on Water Resources Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering from Gannon University.
