Shannon Smith

Shannon Smith is a Senior Public Policy Specialist at ICF, where they evaluate offshore carbon storage applications and lead technical QA/QC activities for policy deliverables. Previously, Shannon served as a Program Assistant at Metcalf Institute, where they analyzed program data and mentored undergraduate student assistants. They also gained experience as a Consultant and Summer Associate at the Congressional Budget Office, and as a Scientist at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Newport, focusing on environmental analyses and process improvement. Shannon holds a Master of Science in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics from the University of Rhode Island and is pursuing dual degrees in Mathematics and Music at Case Western Reserve University.
