Sharon Nolen

Sharon Nolen, P.E., CEM, is a Senior Advisor for Industrial Energy at ICF and the Principal of Nolen Energy Management. With extensive experience in the chemicals industry, they have held various leadership positions, including a decade at Eastman Chemical Co. where they managed the Worldwide Energy Program and led multiple sustainability initiatives. In 2024, they became Chair of the Department of Energy Industrial Technology Innovation Advisory Committee. Sharon graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and completed the Executive Development Program at the University of TN.
