Shelly Norris

Shelly Norris is an experienced professional in modeling and analytics, currently serving as the Modeling and Analytics Lead at ICF since November 2020. Previously, Shelly held the position of Senior Solar Consultant at Leidos from September 2013 to October 2020, where responsibilities included contributions to the Asset Transactions practice. Prior roles include Senior Analyst at SAIC from June 2009 to September 2013, and Senior Analyst at R.W. Beck from July 2007 to June 2009. Early career experience encompasses technical analysis for oil and gas at Barnes & Click, Inc., as well as a sales coordinator role at Aflac, and extensive software engineering positions at Nortel and E-Systems. Shelly holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Missouri State University.
