Soheb Zaidi is a seasoned professional in energy markets with extensive experience in flexible load management and renewable energy solutions. Currently serving as the Technical Lead for the Energy Markets division at ICF, Soheb specializes in developing AI tools and agents that facilitate the clean energy transition, alongside expertise in Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) and Demand Side Management (DSM). Previous roles include significant contributions at GSES Global Sustainable Energy Solutions, where management of commercial and utility-scale projects was executed, and an internship focused on a solar project at the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research. Soheb holds a postgraduate degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from UNSW and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
