Solenn Cadudal

Solenn Cadudal is a Senior Public Policy Consultant at ICF, currently engaged in various projects related to employment, social policies, and advocacy within the European framework. Previously, Solenn worked as a Research and Policy Support Officer at AEIDL, where they led initiatives on Gender Responsive Public Procurement and evaluated social experimentation programs for the European Commission. Solenn's experience includes internships with the Council of the European Union and the Regional Direction for Women's Rights and Equality, focusing on gender equality and social policy. Solenn holds a Master’s degree in Europe and Global Affairs from Sciences Po Rennes and has studied Political Science at Hong Kong Baptist University.
