Soniya Gleaton

Soniya Gleaton is the Director of Regulatory Policy at ICF, where they have supported U.S. Federal agencies with regulatory development and program implementation since 2008. They utilize ICF's comment analysis tool, CommentWorks, to assist various agencies, including the FDA and EPA, in the public comment analysis process. In addition to mentoring staff and participating in recruitment for ICF's SPHERE Line of Business, Soniya previously worked as a commercial property insurance broker at Willis and conducted air particulate testing while earning a Master of Public Health from Drexel University. Soniya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
