Sophie Upson is the Lead Managing Consultant for Public Policy at ICF, where they direct research projects focusing on consumer policy, environmental policy, and security policy. With 15 years of experience, Sophie has designed and led research for the European Commission, UK Government, and various industries, emphasizing Better Regulation evaluations and impact assessments. They hold a bachelor's degree in Geography from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a master's degree in Climate Change from the University of East Anglia. Prior to their current role, Sophie served as a Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant at RPA Risk & Policy Analysts Ltd.
