Stacey Kennedy currently serves as a CCDF Technical Assistance Consultant on the Special Projects Team at ICF, focusing on state capacity building. Previously, Stacey held several leadership positions at the Colorado Department of Education and the Colorado Department of Human Services, including Director of the Part C/Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Project and Director of the Race to the Top Early Learning Challenge Grant. Stacey earned a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado.
