Stacey Townsend

Stacey Townsend, M.S., ACC, currently serves as the Director of Management Consulting at ICF and is the Owner of MakeLight, LLC, both roles held since 2007. Prior to this, Stacey held positions as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2003 to 2007, and as a Senior Instructional Technologist at both SAIC and Concurrent Technologies Corporation in 2003 and 2002-2003, respectively. Early career experience includes roles as a Spanish Instructor and Author at KC Distance Learning from 1999 to 2001, and as a Spanish Teacher at Central York Middle School and Calvert County Public Schools from 1996 to 1999. Stacey holds a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University and is a Certified Coach from Coach Training Alliance, alongside a Master’s in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor’s in Secondary Education and Spanish from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
