Stacy Flowers

Stacy Flowers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting and project management. Currently serving as a Consulting Director at ICF since August 2015, Stacy has held various leadership positions including Executive Consultant and Federal Contractor. Prior roles include Division Director of Economic Development at Community Action Partnership - National Office and Director/VP at Spurlock Companies.
