Stephanie Carl

Stephanie Carl, LCSW, is a Housing and Community Development Consultant with extensive experience in social work and community services. Between 2011 and 2018, they held various roles, including Residential Support Specialist and Executive Program Director, where they managed homeless services and substance abuse programs. Stephanie served as a Homeless Outreach Social Worker for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and supervised academic programs as an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University. They are currently a Lead Community Development Specialist at ICF, building on their rich foundation in social work with a Master’s in Social Work from The Catholic University of America.
