Stephanie McGovern

Stephanie McGovern is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources strategy. At ICF from January 2020 to January 2023, McGovern served as VP, HRBP for the Health, People and Human Services Group, recognized for driving growth through strategic HR partnerships in a complex environment. Prior to ICF, McGovern held the position of Director of Country HR Services for US & Canada at Kantar from May 2016 to January 2020, overseeing the development and implementation of talent strategies across North America. Additionally, McGovern's background includes a significant tenure at Millward Brown from July 2007 to January 2020, where roles included VP, Human Resources Business Partner and various leadership positions in talent acquisition, development, and benefits management, all aimed at enhancing the employee experience.
