Stephen Freibrun

Stephen Freibrun is a Senior Principal at ICF, leading the Global Commercial Services business line with a strategic emphasis on airport non-aeronautical commercial planning and customer experience. With a comprehensive background in real estate and a proven analytical approach, they have transformed customer journeys and enhanced airport revenues through innovative commercial programs. Prior to their current role, Stephen served as Director of Marketing for the Worldwide Healthcare Practice at Accenture and held a Vice President position at Mesirow Financial, focusing on airport retail management. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
