Steve Ellison

Steve Ellison is an experienced energy portfolio director with a career spanning over three decades in the energy and education sectors. Currently serving as Director of the Energy Portfolio at ICF since February 2007, Steve has held various managerial roles within the company, including Senior Manager and Manager. Prior experience includes leadership positions at US-Eco Logic / TexEnergy Solutions as Managing Director, where Steve managed a regional HERS Provider and obtained HERS Rater and QAD certifications. Previous engagements also include significant roles at Oncor Electric Delivery in DSM Program Management and Load Forecasting, and program management at EcoGroup, where outreach initiatives reached 8,000 middle school students. Starting as an Instructor/Coach at Fort Worth ISD, Steve holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business, an MA in US Southwest Urban History from The University of Texas at Arlington, and a BA in US History from The University of Texas Permian Basin.
