Steven Szeliga, MSc, PMP, CPHQ, is a seasoned professional in product ownership and business analysis with extensive experience in healthcare policy and program implementation. Currently serving as Chief Product Owner at ICF, Steven previously held a similar role at SemanticBits, directing in-depth analyses of legislative policy and contributing to the Quality Payment Program. Steven has also served in various analytical capacities for organizations such as Signature Consulting Group and CSC, focusing on quality measures, scoring algorithms, and project management. Steven's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Data Science with a focus in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics from Lewis University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from Flagler College.
