Stuart Rubin

Stuart Rubin is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in asset valuation and market analysis. Currently serving as Vice President Managing Director at ICF since February 2013, Rubin leads the Aircraft Sector and focuses on asset valuation, market research, and lease analysis. As an ISTAT Senior Appraiser, a designation achieved in 2016, Rubin has been recognized for expertise in the field since becoming an ISTAT Certified Appraiser in 2006. Previous roles include Manager of Valuations at Aviation Specialists Group, where responsibilities centered on appraising commercial aircraft and engines, and Research Analyst at GRA, Inc., focusing on economic analysis within the transportation sector. Rubin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University.
