Susan West, MBA, CRM, CIC, is the current Vice President of Risk Management at ICF. With experience in disaster recovery and insurance, Susan has provided guidance on risk financing, resiliency, and FEMA regulations. Previously, Susan served as the Chief Executive Officer at the State of Louisiana Office of Group Benefits and as the State Risk Administrator for the State of Louisiana. Susan holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Louisiana State University.
