Tami Baak

Tami Baak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resource Information Systems and talent technology. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Workday Recruiting and HCM at ICF, Tami previously held the role of Human Resource Information Systems Leader at National Indemnity Company, overseeing Workday HCM projects and continuous business process improvements. Tami's prior positions include Director of Talent Technology and Analytics, as well as Director of HRMS at The Marcus Corporation, where Tami directed the implementation of talent systems and led HR IT initiatives. As co-founder and principal at Wynstone Consulting, Tami specialized in developing custom administrative software for municipalities. Additionally, Tami has held senior roles in data management and project leadership across various organizations, underpinned by a strong academic background with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and a Master's Degree in Statistics from Creighton University.
