Tara Ballesteros

Tara Ballesteros is a bilingual cross-cultural communications and media executive with over 20 years of experience in developing integrated communications strategies aimed at diverse populations. They have held various roles, including Director of Public Affairs at the National Center for Victims of Crime and Senior Communications Lead at ICF, where their work focused on serving Latin American and Indigenous communities. Currently, Tara is pursuing both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree at the University of Kansas. They are dedicated to enhancing educational access and opportunities for underserved populations through literacy and mentoring programs.
