Tara Pelton is a Senior Climate Resilience Specialist with expertise in energy and economics, focusing on the impacts of climate risks on electric utilities. They previously held positions as a Payne Scholar and Graduate Research Assistant at the Payne Institute for Public Policy, as well as research internships at The Brookings Institution and the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment. Tara earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Economics from Brown University and completed a Master of Science in Natural Resource and Energy Policy at Colorado School of Mines.
