Taylor E. is an urban planner specializing in the impacts of natural hazard mitigation and resiliency. Currently serving as a Senior Grant Management & Resilience Analyst at ICF since July 2023, Taylor previously worked at AECOM where they supported FEMA and contributed to the Louisville Metro Hazard Mitigation Plan Update.
