Taylor E.

Taylor E. is an urban planner specializing in the impacts of natural hazard mitigation and resiliency. Currently serving as a Senior Grant Management & Resilience Analyst at ICF since July 2023, Taylor previously worked at AECOM where they supported FEMA and contributed to the Louisville Metro Hazard Mitigation Plan Update. With a Master's degree in Community Planning from Auburn University, Taylor has dedicated their career to enhancing disaster resiliency for disadvantaged communities and has also worked as a Planning and Economic Development Specialist at the Lee-Russell Council of Governments. Additionally, Taylor is a certified Pilates instructor, teaching classes that combine mat and reformer workouts.
