Teresa Duncan

Dr. Teresa Duncan is the President and Founder of Deacon Hill Research Associates LLC, bringing over 30 years of post-doctoral research experience in applied research and evaluation. They hold a PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of Michigan and a BA in Psychology from the University of Rochester. Dr. Duncan's expertise includes experimental designs, program evaluation, and applied educational measurement, focusing on teacher professional development and student learning. They have served as co-principal investigator on multiple Education Innovation Research grants and have a background as a Senior Fellow and Expert Consultant at ICF International. Dr. Duncan has also held positions at the American Institutes for Research and the University of Texas at Austin.
