Terri McBride

Terri McBride has extensive experience in human resources and HR technology, having worked at ICF since October 1994, where the current role is Senior Director of HR Technology. Previous positions include Director of HR Technology, Senior HR Project Manager, HR Project Manager, HRIS Manager, Compensation Analyst, and Staff Assistant, with a strong focus on implementing and managing various HR systems like Workday and PeopleSoft. Responsibilities have encompassed leading system enhancements, overseeing talent management systems, managing departmental projects and budgets, and conducting comprehensive compensation audits. Prior to ICF, Terri served as an Executive Assistant at Pracon from 1989 to 1994.
