Thomas E. Reynolds

Thomas E. Reynolds is a retired Federal Emergency Management Specialist with extensive experience in radiological preparedness and public health emergency management. From 1997 to 2004, they served as an Emergency Management Program Specialist at DHS/FEMA, overseeing emergency preparedness inspections for nuclear power plants in the Southeast US. Currently, Reynolds works as an Emergency Management Consultant at ICF International, where they evaluate off-site preparedness for nuclear power plants and have participated in 18 exercises. Additionally, Reynolds has consulted on emergency management and radiological preparedness since 2007 and previously held roles with the U.S. Army and the CDC, where they oversaw training and developed emergency response plans.
