Timothy Yates

Timothy Yates, Ph.D., is a Historic Preservation Manager with extensive experience in cultural resources management, having worked in the field since 2007. They hold a BA and MA in American Studies and a PhD in History with an emphasis on United States cultural history. Prior to their current role at ICF, they served as a Senior Architectural Historian at Applied EarthWorks, Inc. and worked at ICF International as a Historian/Architectural Historian. Timothy's expertise includes historic research, evaluating historic buildings, and preparing cultural resource reports for compliance with preservation regulations.
