Tracy Dean is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in disaster recovery and historic preservation. Currently serving as a Disaster Recovery Consultant at ICF since 2011, Tracy has previously held the position of Sr. Architectural Historian at Golder from 2009 to 2010. Tracy also founded and led Slife & Dean Design Associates as President from 1992 to 2009. Tracy earned a Master of Historic Preservation degree from Georgia State University in 1991 and a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Business from the same institution in 1990, following earlier studies at The University of Georgia in 1986-1987.
