Trent Hone is an established leader with over twenty-five years of experience in technology solutions, currently serving as Vice President of Technology and Product Innovation at ICF International Inc. They have excelled in dynamic environments, leveraging leadership, analytical, and communication skills to drive organizational transformation. Previously, they held significant roles, such as Director of Excella Labs and Senior Software Engineer at TracerNET Corporation. As an independent scholar, they have authored multiple award-winning publications and contributed to naval history. Trent is currently also the Chair of Strategic Studies at Marine Corps University, where they provide expertise in naval theory and innovation.
