Tricia Taeger

Tricia Taeger is an accomplished accounting and finance leader with over 20 years of public accounting experience in various industries, including technology, life sciences, and real estate. Currently serving as a Senior Director of Accounting Policy at ICF since 2025, Tricia previously held the role of Managing Director at Deloitte from 2019 to 2024. Tricia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Miami, earned in 2001. Passionate about community engagement, Tricia serves on the board and as treasurer of Volunteer Fairfax and has held executive leadership roles at the Junior League of the Palm Beaches. Originally from South Florida, Tricia now resides in the Greater Washington area with their family and pet.
