Tyler Freeman

Tyler Freeman, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in the field of human performance and capital, currently serving as the Director at ICF since July 2012. Tyler's career at ICF includes progressive roles from Associate to Senior Manager, demonstrating a robust track record in leadership and management. Prior to joining ICF, Tyler contributed as a Consortium Research Fellow from January 2009 to July 2012. Tyler earned a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
