Victoria White

Victoria White is a seasoned contracts specialist with extensive experience in managing complex agreements within the aviation and aerospace sectors. Since October 2011, Victoria has served as a Senior Contract Manager at ICF, focusing on the Europe and Asia region and supporting advisory and implementation services for diverse global clients. Prior to this role, Victoria was a Contracts Specialist at Rolls-Royce North America Inc., where a strong track record in negotiating multi-million dollar contracts was established. Additional experience includes serving as an International Move Manager at Security Storage and holding a board position with the Reston Association, which serves a significant community in Northern Virginia. Victoria earned a B.S. in Multinational Business Operations from Florida State University and has pursued higher education at Stetson University.
