Wendy Pelayo

Wendy Pelayo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project coordination and environmental advocacy. Currently serving as the RISE Intake Coordinator at ICF since August 2025, Wendy previously worked as a Senior Program Coordinator and Program Coordinator at Partner Energy, where responsibilities included liaising between clients and project teams and managing multiple energy efficiency projects. Prior roles include outreach and research positions at Heal The Ocean, where significant contributions included implementing policy initiatives and organizing extensive research materials. Wendy's early experiences include serving as Publicity Chair for the Environmental Affairs Board at UC Santa Barbara, as well as roles in research and guest services. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies with an emphasis in Technology Management from UC Santa Barbara.
