Zelda Boyd

Zelda Boyd is an experienced professional in early childhood education, currently serving as the Director at Virginia and previously held the position of Deputy Director at ICF since January 2017, within the National Center on Early Childhood Quality Assurance. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Technical Assistance Specialist at the same center. Zelda Boyd holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Upper Iowa University.
