Brook Hardwick

Brook Hardwick is currently the Head of Culture and Engagement at ICFO, where they focus on fostering a vibrant and inclusive institutional culture. Previously, Brook held various roles at IESE Business School from 1998 to 2007, including Associate Director of Admissions and Marketing for both the Full-time MBA and Global Executive MBA programs, as well as Assistant Executive Director of the MBA program. Prior to their tenure at IESE, Brook served as a Sales Manager at Westin Regina Cancun from 1996 to 1998. Brook also led the Corporate Communications Unit at ICFO from 2011 to 2025, overseeing corporate branding and community events. They completed the PMD program at IESE Business School in 2010.
