Carles Ros is a Postdoctoral Researcher at ICFO since January 2021. Previously, Carles served as a PhD Student at the Institut de Recerca en Energia de Catalunya from October 2014 to October 2019, and as a Researcher at IREC from February 2014 to October 2014. Carles holds a Llicenciat degree in Physics, Materials Science from the Universitat de Barcelona (2008-2013), a Master's degree in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology from the same institution (2013-2014), and a PhD in Nanotechnology, awarded Cum Laude, from both Universitat de Barcelona and IREC (2014-2019).
