Crux Careers was established by a number of Senior figures in the Estate Agency Industry, with the aim of truly disrupting how Recruitment is carried out in this field.

Our commitment to quality service flows both ways, from clients to candidates, and our comprehensive process removes as much of the trial and error from recruiting that has previously wasted time in this sector. Measures such as in depth Psychometric Testing to show you what great looks like and recorded video interviews which are sent out on behalf of our candidates to our clients, we have strived to build a business that has learnt from experience to be different.

Our innovative charging model relies wholly on the success of our placements, and therefore, the success of our business invested in yours. This, backed up by our pledge to give your company £10,000 if we remove a candidate from your employment that we have placed, ensures the greatest chance of your business’ continued success through hiring great people.

We understand that all companies are different. We also know that all candidates are different and so we take the time to make sure that the candidates we send out are suited, not only with skills, but also with personality and aspirations.

We know that hiring new members for your team can be a time-consuming task, and we feel that we have put together a truly disruptive solution which streamlines the process and gives you your time back to spend it where you should – running a successful Estate Agency.
