Daniel Arcelo

Daniel Arcelo has a diverse work experience in the technology and IT services industry. Daniel started their career as a Computer Specialist at Miami-Dade County Public Schools, where they provided troubleshooting and support for over 1,000 users and managed a network of 300+ computers and 5 servers.

Daniel then joined Compuquip Technologies as a Systems Engineer and Lead Managed Services Tech, responsible for transitioning client networks to the company's Managed IT Services program and providing technical support for email systems and network issues. Daniel also administered remote management and ticketing servers.

Next, they worked at JDL Technologies, Inc. as a Managed Services Supervisor and Solutions Architect, overseeing a team of engineers and managing the network operations, help desk, and datacenter for various clients. Daniel also served as a Virtual CIO, providing strategic guidance, incident management, and compliance consulting.
